Parmesan Walnut Bread

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 whole beaten -- egg
1 3/4 cups milk
1/3 cup walnut oil
1 cup walnuts -- chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cheese, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, stir together egg, milk, and oil; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in 3/4 cup of the nuts. Turn into a greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining nuts over top. Bake for 1 hour or till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove loaf from the pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
